Jim Dibella has been in the communications industry for over 20 years and provides design, technical leadership, sales support and operations coordination for Telecom. As Vice President of Operations , Jim is responsible for overseeing large scale projects, purchasing, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Jim has extensive experience integrating complex ICT systems and holds management certifications from all the major manufacturers, including Siemon, Commscope, Ortronics and Corning.

Rick Malan is a BICSI registered telecommunications project manager (RTPM) with over 10 years of experience in account management, project management and sales regarding ICT, AV & Security projects.

Rick manages Telecom’s business development team with a focus on broadening Telecom’s customer base. As Telecom’s Vice President of Sales Rick successfully manages many of Telecom’s large-scale design/build projects.

Brendan has been with Telecom since 2013 and has held many positions in the company, starting as an Office Administrator, then graduating to Sales Associate, Sales Account Manager and Senior Account Manager. Brendan is an excellent strategist, salesman, account manager and project manager.

As a Principal and Senior Account Executive, Brendan is in charge of new client acquisition and management of the Sales Associates.

Eric has been in the telecommunications and technology integration industry since 2005. He started out as an Apprentice then worked his way up as a Technician, Foreman, Project Manager, Designer and Account Manager.

As Vice President of Business Operations, Eric now plays key roles in various aspects of the company, including the oversight and management of HR, Design, Legal, Finance, Customer Satisfaction, Marketing, Facilities, and IT.
